We believe one incident is one too many, therefore, every project at Rooster Building Group begins with an unwavering commitment to safety. Both our employees working on the jobsite as well as individuals near where we are working, are of utmost importance. To ensure our culture and expectations of a safe workplace are adapted, all personnel go through an extensive HSE onboarding and training program, before being allowed on site. In an ongoing effort to continuously improve our HSE program, Rooster Building Group aims to continually reassesses and refine our program, to strive for an incident free workplace.
